The Most Forbidden Love

Long time no upload... I apologise for that! Most of it has to do with the masses of amounts of work my college is giving me. This was a piece that suffered from time shortage: I have been working on it on a period spreading over 6 months.

But, here it is. I thought it was weird that I never drew anything from the manga that was the first I owned, which is pure genious and the art work breath taking:

Angel Sanctuary

I am a huge fan of Yuki Kaori's work, I have read a lot of her manga and own multiple art books with her work. You AS fans should recognize this picture, the original is Yuki's work. The original is so radiant, so stunning... I wanted a poster of it on my wall. But, since I couldn't buy it, I decided to draw it myself And behold! (Yes, I did draw it from scratch, I did not trace, I only used a ref).

For those who don't know, they are Sarah and Setsuna, the main characters. They are brother and sister who are in love with each other. And that is only the tip of the ice berg of a complex twisted fairytale which evolve around Heaven and Hell.

But yeah, more practical looking... I really like the picture, but that's mostly because I liked the original a whole lot too Don't mind the weird scanner line, I tried to fix it as much as possible! There are lots of flaws in the piece and it was really hard for me to draw in Yuki-san's style, but for my first time, I find it okay.
